Susan Williams has spent the last twenty years as a Business Owner, Consultant and Corporate Problem Solver. In addition to consulting has developed and written many Human Resource products that are available through her web-based company. She has over thirty years experience in all areas of Human Resources and specializes in Organizational Planning and Goal setting, Board Training and Development, Organizational Change, Conflict Resolution and Mediation, Performance Management, Employee Intervention, Job Design, Management Training, and the development of Human Resource Policies and Procedures.

Her philosophy is "no matter how good the advice, program or training, the key to success is the implementation." She is described by her clients as a "hands on" consultant and is there when they need her.

She is currently co-chair of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Small Business Leadership Council.
